- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Confirmation: After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing product details.
- Tracking Information: Once the package has been shipped by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipping status.

If the package does not arrive by the expected delivery date, you can check the detailed shipping status using the tracking number or contact our customer service team for assistance. - Lost or Damaged Packages
We strive to ensure the safe delivery of your package. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be made within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for compensation.
- Signature Requirements
Most packages require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address or choose a secure delivery location.
- If the package is not signed for, the carrier may return it, and return fees may apply.
- For high-value items, we may require identity verification or signature confirmation.
- Address Changes and Delivery Issues
- Before Shipping: You can modify the shipping address via your customer account or by contacting customer service.
- After Shipping: Once the order is processed and shipped, address changes are not possible. Please ensure the correct address is provided at the time of purchase.
- If the provided address is incomplete or incorrect (e.g., missing street name), the carrier may return the package or fail to deliver it. In such cases, return shipping fees and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot refund items damaged or lost during the return process.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), you can request an exchange within 15 days. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for the detailed process.
